will not sync to the device! The heart monitor will sync to map my fitness but is useless unless you subscribe to their premium monthly service and will not sync to this free app at all. waste

This app is so great really helps in keeping track heart rate and calories, but today it started to crash plz It 2015 and I think its Time for an update for this app. It has lots of bugs that needs to fix.

Was a good app until it decided to stop connecting to the chest strap. No way to remove the device and start over. Lack of troubleshooting steps available. Tried calling the hotline provided if youre having persistent problems and all you can do is leave a message and hope theyll actually call back. Checking into the return policy to at least get my money back.

This app should not have the GPS active when closed. I even kill the app and it does not send a release signal. Otherwise it works for its intent, but I wish the heart monitor used a standard so I dont need this app. Fix the GPS usage and Ill rate 4 stars.

It would be nice if you would add the option to only allow location services while the app is being used. Constant location drains our batteries. Give us 3 choices: always, never or while in use, so we can choose. UA ruined Mapmywalk with this tweak how about you just fix all your UA powdered apps?!

You guys need to do an update for those of us that has the iPhone 6 and 6+. Unless you have the iPhone 5 or lower this app and band is useless. If you just purchased the band without the watch take it back now because you cant use it.

Dont try to run Pandora for your music while running. It will disconnect during your run, and have to restart your workout. Also, it doesnt like to stay synced to Mapmyrun app. Disappointed.

this app used to work well but now that i have had to upgrade to a new iphone it wont connect at all to the heart rate monitor so they are both useless app and customer support page is a blank page now so I guess under armour just gave up.

The HRM works great just not with this app. Switching back to mapmyride. Dont like the UA app asking me to turn my Bluetooth back on every time I open my phone up. I only need the Bluetooth on when the HRM is being used. The connectivity between the HRM and UA app is spotty at best. Ive never had an issue connecting it to map my ride app

No connectivity with the heart rate monitor for the 6 or 6+. The only way I have found to get heart rate history is through mapmyfitness app, but you must pay for the subscription to get the data. Absolute garbage! Maybe I am missing something. The monitor is almost worthless without history.

I use to love the app and the looks of the app. Even the strap and module are well made. Recently last 4 times Ive used it I noticed that when I finish it has only registered 3 or 4 mins of "action". Today while I exercised I look at the phone to see if it was still running after 10 mins and it was. When I finally stopped and tried saving it said it had only worked for a 1min. Not sure whats going on but I didnt by the strap and module to use it with compatible apps I want to use UA.

Ive tried every trick in the book and o cant get the app to connect to the UnderArmour 39 HRM. The monitor works great in MapMyFitness but no dice here. Ive tried all the help tips and reboots. Just keep on moving and download anything else!!!!

This app isnt working with the iOS 9 update. Please provide a fix!

This app leaves a lot to be desired but it at least used to work in IOS8 ! Now on IOS 9 it just DIES if you choose workout!

I love the app with a few exceptions. 1. This needs an update as it doesnt work with iOS 9. 2. If I turn off Bluetooth and close the app. I get messages several times a day to turn on Bluetooth to improve accuracy. The problem is when Bluetooth is on this app kills my battery. Come on UnderArmour fix your app.

Well Im using iOS 9.1 beta now and the app is crashing just wanted to know when youll be releasing an update for iOS 9 to fix that issue

Will not connect to hr meter. Pressed connect and program shuts down every time.

For anyone who experienced the app crash on iOS 9 update download map my fitness from UA. This program will connect to your ua39 and have a similar dashboard. Ive actually found the heart rate monitoring to be more accurate than it was on the ua39 app itself.

Been using since it was introduced, but it keeps crashing after iOS 9 update on my 5s. When it works I think its great and like syncing with map my fitness. Update for the new iOS is badly needed though.
