App no longer works after upgrade to ios9. Shuts down and restarts every time try to connect device. Hopefully a fix to come soon.

Lousy app. I cant even get registered. It keeps giving an error without providing any details as to what the error is.... I guess Ill be returning my heart monitor..

Was working great. Just got the new 6s and now it wont connect and force closes the app. Needs an update.

After upgrading my 6 plus to iOS 9, this app no longer works. Before the upgrade, the app plus chest strap worked decently well tracking my heart rate, though the calorie burn count definitely seemed high.

Thats it. It will not sync w/ iOS 9, effectively making it absolutely useless. Prior to that it was great—used it all the time. But now its garbage.

I like the device but on the new iOS 9 this thing does not work anymore PLEASE MAKE AN UPDATE!!!!

It used to work flawlessly but now the app crashes every time I click to Connect to the module. I imagine this has to do with iOS 9 and/or the 6s. Its better than Record but it needs to be fixed.

After a few uses stopped connecting with the device. No way to fix. Meanwhile iPhone reports that that device is connected.

Stopped working with latest iOS upgrade.

When I first got the UA 39 I loved it because it did what I needed it to do, track my heart rate, movement, and calories, but after my phone updated to iOS 9.0.2 it no longer works. So basically I have a useless monitor until under armor decides to update their crap which judging from their last update, which was in 2013, will be never. I mean really, if you are going to sale something for $100, the least you could do is keep it updated so it can be used. Way to go under armor.

As a certified personal trainer, this heart rate monitor and app combo is unmatched in accuracy. If you are having issues with calibration, make sure you are doing the assessment at least once a month, and make sure you dont put the sensors on your body dry. Get some water, moisten the sensors up so they can get a good reading. I would have given this app 5 stars but its currently useless because it has not been updated yet. PLEASE UPDATE FOR iOS 9!!!

This has rendered my heart rate monitor useless. Thanks for not updating or fixing this Under Armour. Never again. PLEASE FIX!!!

Before the iOS 9 update, app work ok, not great but ok. Now it doesnt sync-pair with the heart rate monitor. Not buy the heart rate monitor. Oh and they are not looking to fix it anytime soon.

Do you ever plan to make this app work again?????

The app worked great until iOS 9 .1 update. Now it is useless. Will not sync at all.

Worked fine until OS upgrade. Useless now.

Loved this app in iOS 7&8. Latest update says it should work with ios9 but after a week of trying app still does not connect. Bluetooth shows connected just not the app.

Well with some tech support UA39 finally working. I was very disappointed with this when it wasnt working mainly because it was such a good dependable band. Even with new update, tech support worked and got it going!!! I have been very pleased with UA support ‼️
